1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.

A business is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, acting in the course of their trade, business or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract and Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Sabrina Friske & Dominik Glaser GbR.

By displaying products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract for these products.

You may initially add products to your shopping cart without any obligation to purchase. Before submitting your binding order, you can review and correct your entries at any time using the correction tools provided and explained during the checkout process.

The contract is concluded when you accept our offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Terms

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.

We store the contract terms and provide you with your order details and these Terms & Conditions in text form.

For security reasons, the contract terms are no longer accessible online after the order has been placed.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Shipping Costs

In addition to the product prices displayed in our online shop, a standard shipping fee of £2.95 applies, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship our products to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.

Products are delivered exclusively by shipping. Collection in person is not available.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop.

Credit Card

You provide your credit card details during the checkout process. Your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.

PayPal

To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must have a PayPal account, log in using your account credentials and confirm the payment instructions.

The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. Further information will be provided during the checkout process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of these options. Any additional payment arrangements offered individually by PayPal are governed by your contractual relationship with PayPal.

6. Statutory Warranty Rights and Additional Guarantees

6.1 Statutory Rights in the Event of Defects

The statutory rights relating to defective goods apply.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
